Elections are key to a Democracy

Our election system is not rigged.

Here, in Rice County, a group sued the county this year on the grounds that the system is flawed and could not be trusted. 

After every election, you can challenge the results (as 60 lawsuits were brought on behalf of the former president). If the courts rule against you, then concede and look forward to the next election. It’s only 2 or 4 years away. That’s how democracy works. 

It’s the same on the sports field/court/rink. When we lose, we walk off as gracious losers, to play another day.   

I support the elections administrators and election judges. They are the ones who keep the democracy.
